Independent Participation

A participating member acts independently and is not an employee, agent, franchisee or legal representative of Discount Melaa.

Accurate Representation

Members must accurately explain membership prices, benefits, income conditions, withdrawal rules and refund terms. Unauthorized guarantees, misleading claims and pressure selling are prohibited.

Compliance

Members must comply with applicable law, platform policies, KYC requirements, marketing standards and data-protection obligations. Personal data collected outside the platform must be handled lawfully.

Commissions and Adjustments

Commissions are governed by active system rules and verified transactions. Discount Melaa may reverse or hold income arising from refunds, chargebacks, duplicate transactions, fraud or ineligible activity.

Termination

Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination, subject to review. Historical financial and audit records may be retained as required.
